Hello Guys !
It's the fourth day of my last summer Japan trip. And in just one day, I get a chance to have a city tour where the eyes of whole Asia are into, Tokyo!By only very limited time ,I'm grateful enough to stop by some of Tokyo's most favorite interesting places to-go such as Skytree, Sensoji till the famous hi-end shopping district, Ginza !
TOKYO SKYTREE / 東京スカイツリー
Address : 1 Chome-1-2 Oshiage, Sumida, Tokyo 131-0045, Japan
Open from 8am - 10pm
Fee : See on Web
Website : Tokyo Skytree
Tokyo Skytree is one of the popular landmarks beside Tokyo Tower. It's first place to go while you're in Tokyo. That's simply because it is the tallest building in Tokyo and the second tallest building of the world, standing in 634 meters tall. It's literally also a broadcasting tower of some well known radio and television such as NHK ,TV Tokyo,TV Asahi, etc
Many says it's worth to visit Skytree first than Tokyo Tower. Beside considered newer It's also the greatest place to see and capture city from above via viewing deck ! You can also shop at Skytree's lower ground shopping mall called Tokyo Solamachi. Such a regret, I didn't have a chance to go inside Skytree deck because of the time limit. However, at least I can took a landscape picture of Skytree clearly at one of the famous photo stops, Sumida park.

ASAKUSA DENPOIN DORI
Leaving Sensoji, there's a little alley leads you to the street of Asakusa Denpoin filled with street stalls that has slight pre-modern touch.
DON QUIJOTE ASAKUSA // ドン・キホーテ
And..Here's the place where I spend my money the most.lol. A convenience store that has it all from household ,electronic goods, apparel, till personal care products ! how good is that ? I can spend my whole day here !
If you feel like hungry ,you can fuel your food craving by stop by Stamina Taro NEXT( バイキング すたみな太郎NEXT ドン ) a restaurant which located at the 9th floor of Don Quijote. I highly recommend this place to those who love to have all you-can-eat meal(including me lol) From Sushi,Yakiniku BBQ,pastries till dessert as like ice cream ,DIY cotton candy is available here. Average price for lunch buffet is around ¥ 1500 and ¥ 2500 for dinner.Any special requested menu apart from buffet will be charged.
SHIN NAKAMISE SHOPPING STREET
Still in Asakusa area and near of Senso-ji, There's Shin Nakamise Shopping street when you can find almost all Japanese local goods and souvenirs in reasonable price.Better prepare your cash because mostly shops don't accept credit card. All items sell here also have price tags so avoid being rude, try comparing item's price to another instead of bargaining.
GINZA SHOPPING DISTRICT
Address : Ginza , Chuo-ku, Tokyo Japan
Move along to the upper high area of Tokyo,It's the biggest luxurious shopping district of Ginza where you can find mostly high-end brand stores e.g Cartier, Chanel,Burberry and other prestigious department stores. There's also brand like Zara, HnM , Uniqlo and House of GU that sell pretty affordable clothing apparels (Btw, i got a very cute top at GU that cost only ¥ 1200! ).Being such a popular shopping district, it is also very comfortable to stroll around street of Ginza. At some hours, the streets intended for pedestrian only , so it's very pleasant to cross here and there without any worry of car existences.
Somehow ,the street environment and the building's modern style of architecture of Ginza remind me of Singapore's Orchard Road but in way better version because of the street width and the number of stores lol.
That's all about the fourth day journey at Japan.I'd say Tokyo may look less modern at matter of architecture compared with other modern - metropolitan city. But's that's special about it,because you can feel the traditional vibes at some heritage places like Sensoji yet there's fast paced area that is very modern at the same time like Ginza.I love how Tokyo can perfectly blend culture and innovation ,Make such a fascinating city's profile. I can't wait to come back here again !
What do love and like to do the most at Tokyo ?
